Characteristics of double beam wire rope hoist: 1. Wire rope reel The steel wire rope drum made of high-quality steel adopts deep groove design, and is also equipped with rope guide mechanism, which can effectively help the accurate rope arrangement of steel wire rope, ensure safe operation and prolong the service life of steel wire rope and drum. The top of the wire rope is equipped with three high-strength metal lock locks, and when it is in the low position of the hook, there are still three coils of allowance at the top to ensure the safety of operation. 2. High strength DC disc brake The braking performance of high-strength DC disc brake can reach 2 times of the standard torque, so as to realize fast and active braking and holding function. 3. Hoist motor Double speed hoist lifting motor, high-low speed ratio of 4:1, can meet your low-speed operation accurate positioning and high-speed operation of fast take-off and landing requirements. The design and manufacture of the motor are customized for the lifting industry. 4. Gear transmission mechanism The oil immersed gear transmission mechanism adopts three-stage speed reduction design, and the finished gear set runs in the anti leakage cast aluminum gear box. 5. Low clearance The low clearance design ensures the large traveling distance of the hook. 6. Limiter (not shown) The wire rope hoist is equipped with the upper and lower rotary chip circuit limiter as standard, and the touch type top limiter is optional. Rotatable hook The trolley is equipped with a rotatable hook, which can rotate freely in the range of 360 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically to facilitate loading and unloading. There is a driving wheel on both sides of the car to drive the load to run smoothly and synchronously. The 5T trolley is driven by a single motor through gear reduction, and the wheels on both sides run synchronously. Other tonnage cars have dual drive.
