Rated load 900 - 21600 kg Chester elm low clearance electric chain block is specially designed for applications requiring high clearance height. This hoist has stable operation, low noise and low failure rate, and is especially suitable for a variety of applications under explosion-proof class III. The hoist adopts worm gear reducer and hardened lifting chain, with rated load range from 900 to 21600 kg. Handle, hand push or hand pull and electric trolley suspension mode can be selected to meet various applications. Product features Adopt 5 or 6-wheel lifting sprocket. Durable worm gear transmission mechanism with self-locking. Strong steel frame. Direct acting motor brake. Each trolley wheel is equipped with two sets of fine bearings. Standard control with loop contactor, NEMA 12 grade enclosed wiring board. With upper and lower limit. Versatility - gourd design has a wide range of applications. It can be applied to all kinds of I-beams, including wide I-beams and rails. Product options Set chain box Optional with push / pull or electric car. Special coating - various kinds of painting can be provided according to customers requirements. The standard coating is machined grey enamel. Epoxy coating is also available. Special controller enclosure - NEMA 12 standard (dust and water proof). The controller suitable for non dangerous area and the wrestler suitable for dangerous area can be selected. Explosion proof options - all main components including motor, control panel, limit switch, etc. meet the NEC explosion-proof level standard. You can also choose the fireproof flower option. Circuit and control - the standard operating voltage of all hoists and electric cars is 380v-3-50hz. The standard contactor for special purpose hoist can also be provided with NEMA level Contactor. All limit switches and hoists are equipped with redundant upper and lower switch limiters. If additional or special requirements are required, we can also provide them. Overload protector - overload protector can be provided for all single speed hoists. Car brake options Control handle - provides additional control keys for multiple uses. Buffer control - for precise positioning.
